A Legacy of Care. A More Connected Future.
Since 1988, Eagle Urns has built a second-generation Oklahoma manufacturing business around thoughtfully crafted memorial products and trusted relationships with funeral and veterinary professionals. The opportunity is to honor that foundation with a distinctive, consistent identity—and explore how a modern website and optional partner-ordering platform could make customization, approvals and fulfillment more straightforward for the professionals Eagle Urns already serves.
Four Decades of Craftsmanship Worth Showing.
Our review focused on the company’s published history, product range, ordering and fulfillment information, and current website. The findings below describe publicly visible operations—not assumptions about internal order volume, software, staffing or financial performance.
Family-Owned Oklahoma Manufacturer Since 1988
Eagle Urns describes itself as a second-generation, family-owned company based in Quinton, Oklahoma. It began with pet memorial urns for veterinarians and expanded into products for funeral professionals as demand grew. That longevity is meaningful brand equity worth preserving.
Specialized Products with Real Choice
The company manufactures cultured-granite urns in full-size, companion, compact and pet-oriented selections, offering multiple models, fifteen published color choices and engraving. Personalized artwork, photos and inscriptions make careful product presentation and accurate order information especially important.
A Professional-Partner Sales Model
Eagle Urns states that it sells through funeral homes and other industry professionals rather than directly to the public. It also offers blind drop shipping, keeping its name and contact information off those shipments. Any redesign should support—not bypass—the professional partners who bring its products to families.
Several Communication Channels; Room to Connect the Journey
The contact page routes product inquiries, sales orders, customer service, shipping questions and engraving requests to separate email addresses, alongside telephone and fax. This reveals clear service functions, but not whether any internal software already handles them. A discovery process could assess how a partner portal might unify requests and approvals without disrupting existing workflows.
Honor the Heritage. Remove the Friction.
The proposed modernization has two complementary—but separately purchasable—parts. First, create a lasting identity that respects the company’s craftsmanship and sensitive memorial category. Second, explore a connected digital experience for the funeral homes and veterinary clinics that already represent Eagle Urns to families. The goal is not to change the wholesale model; it is to help that model work smarter.
A Distinctive Eagle. A Dignified Signature.
The proposed Eagle Urns identity pairs an integrated EU monogram with a restrained eagle motif and an elegant, highly legible wordmark. Deep navy communicates stability and professionalism; heritage gold introduces warmth and an established character without resorting to overt patriotic graphics or overly elaborate memorial imagery. The icon can stand alone on small surfaces, while a horizontal lockup provides an appropriate fit for website navigation and partner documentation. This is an exploratory direction: the company can choose whether and how to evolve its existing identity.

One Recognizable Identity, Thoughtfully Applied.
An identity earns recognition through repetition. The concept board introduces the monogram, approved direction, lockups and restrained palette; print and presentation concepts demonstrate how those decisions could become a consistent system. Sample photography, addresses, product specifications and other text within mockups are illustrative and must be replaced or verified before production.

Packaging & Wholesale Partner Experience

Color Palette
From First Impression to Final Approval.
The strongest applications serve the actual buying relationship. Print materials support professional referrals and relationships. Product information, optional presentation packaging and care inserts support thoughtful delivery. A redesigned website can showcase Eagle Urns’ authentic products; a separately scoped Laravel platform could connect partner-facing selections, approval workflows and manufacturing operations. These visuals are conceptual—not a claim that the software exists today.

Care in the Presentation. Clarity in the Process.
Respects the Business Already Built
The identity emphasizes Eagle Urns’ history, materials and wholesale partnerships instead of suggesting its established model needs to be replaced.
A Reproducible, Recognizable Mark
The EU eagle monogram can work independently or beside the wordmark for stationery, partner documentation, social profiles and digital navigation.
Makes Product Choice Easier to Understand
Using real urn forms, named finishes and customization options in a coherent interface can make complex product selections easier to compare and communicate.
Protects the Wholesale Relationship
Optional clinic- and funeral-home-specific selection pages can give families a guided experience without showing Eagle Urns wholesale pricing or allowing them to bypass their provider.
Reduces Re-Entry Where It Matters
Structured submissions could connect engraving instructions, uploaded artwork, approvals and order details so fewer pieces must be reconstructed from separate conversations—subject to current workflow discovery.
Creates a Foundation for Future Growth
A clear visual system and well-scoped application architecture would let Eagle Urns expand digital services incrementally rather than committing to a full operational overhaul at once.
Work Smarter, Not Harder.
The proposed implementation is phased deliberately. Eagle Urns could adopt the identity alone; add a better public-facing website; or explore a custom Laravel system after studying real ordering volumes, pricing rules, approval requirements and existing tools. Each stage should stand on its own value, and nobody needs to commit to every stage upfront.
1 · Finalize the Brand
Approve the visual direction, redraw the EU eagle as an exact production-ready vector master, refine typography and develop primary, horizontal, stacked, reversed and one-color lockups with concise usage standards.
2 · Equip the Professional Sales Process
Prioritize business cards, product sheets, a catalog or partner kit, letterhead, proposal materials and consistent communications. Consider premium packaging only as an optional path; preserve blind-shipping requirements when partners prefer no manufacturer identification.
3 · Rebuild the Public Website
Develop a responsive product-first website with authentic Eagle Urns products, finish options, engraving examples, company history, wholesale information and clear professional inquiry paths. Audit existing URLs and search visibility before any platform migration.
4 · Discover and Pilot the Partner Platform
Map current orders, payment terms, personalized artwork, approvals and fulfillment. Then prototype a secure clinic/funeral-home portal, family selection pages, partner pricing and administrative production queue in Laravel, piloting with a small group before broader rollout.
Start with the Identity. Design the Next Chapter Together.
We recommend beginning with an Eagle Urns visual identity system and selected wholesale-facing applications. This preserves a clear, achievable first engagement while creating a consistent foundation for later website work. A Laravel ordering and fulfillment platform would require separate discovery, requirements, technical planning and pricing; the dashboard concepts illustrate possibilities, not pre-agreed functionality or guaranteed time savings.

A Thoughtful Identity for What Comes Next.
Eagle Urns has built a meaningful business by serving funeral and veterinary professionals for generations. We prepared this private exploration to demonstrate how its identity could honor that work more clearly today—and how thoughtful digital systems might support the people behind every order tomorrow. We would welcome a conversation about which ideas, if any, align with the company’s priorities.
