Now…… I’m a HUGE fan of “FireFox” when it comes to browsers, but being a web/designer I have to test my work in multiple ones. The one that gives me the most problems is Internet Explorer 6. There is always a variation in how it deals with CSS than the other browsers, as well as how it views “.png” images. Unfortunately, there are still a TON, I mean a TON of people out there who haven’t made the update to IE7. For crying out loud people, they have version “8” out now so make the UPGRADE! LOL!
I’m not sure why this is such a hard thing to do for most of these people. If you insist on using IE, then it’s an absolute must to at least upgrade to version 7. This way you will make sure that you are viewing viewing everything as it should be. However, if you are willing to try another browser then I absolutely recommend FireFox! The web industry is constantly changing and we are doing a lot of AMAZING things. Unfortunately, a lot of these new additions don’t work well with older browsers.
So, my point…. If you are going to be online and surfing around, then at least keep up to date on your browser versions and Happy Surfing!!
